Orders and delivery

Check your size, color and delivery details before ordering. Your order total and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Contact us promptly if you need help with an order.

Product care and normal wear

Follow the garment's care instructions. Ordinary wear over time, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, and damage caused by not following appropriate care instructions are not manufacturing defects. This does not exclude claims where a product is defective or wears out earlier than reasonably expected.

Returns and faulty items

Contact us with your order details if an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or you wish to return it. Any applicable legal cancellation, return and complaint rights remain available.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
